Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping, for all other orders shipping be will calculated based on the size of the largest item in the order. Shipping sizes and rates are as follows:
Small (e.g. card singles, booster packs) – $10
Regular (e.g. role playing books/boxsets)- $15
Bulky (e.g. oversize boxed games like Talisman) – $25
Questor Games sends orders using Australia Post or another reputable courier service. Tracking is provided with all shipments
Delivery to a P.O. Box, Parcel Collect location or Parcel Locker is generally available. However, depending on the items in your order and the courier service required, these delivery options might not be available.
Orders are processed on weekdays throughout the year. In the event of a seasonal closure customers will be notified of the closure as a banner on the site.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
ACT, metropolitan Sydney and metropolitan Melbourne: Usually 1–2 business days.
Other metropolitan and regional areas: Usually 2–6 business days.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order was placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and delivery service.
Incorrect Addresses / Non-Collected/ RTS Orders
We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as re-shipment fee of $20 will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing or non-collection.
Please note if your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, decline to accept or non-collection, the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
As the majority of our freight travels with Australia Post if your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. reshipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non-pick up.
Please note Questor Games will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed, if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.
